Hi, I’m Hyemin!
I’m a pastry chef, coffee lover, and candlemaker.

I worked as a pastry chef in hotels for most of my career. I decided to open Le Cafe Eblouir to make high-quality and delicious pastries available to more people. That’s where you come in :)

We’re a small local cafe, but we’re a true one-stop shop. Breakfast pastries, cakes, desserts, weddings, catering, custom designs, coffee – we can do it all.
